I decided to create a page with You Tube workouts I’ve actually attempted done, just in case you might be looking for something new or an alternative to going to the gym–I was inspired because we’re snowed-in but I want to stay on-track. I’m a former athlete and trainer so I added what fitness level I believe each workout is (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

01/05/14: 30 minute Yoga/Pilates style circuit workout, Intermediate
02/21/14: 30 minute Kettlebell Workout (plus 3 min warm-up), Beginner
04/10/14: 30 minute Strength/Balance/Stretching workout targeted towards golfers (but anybody will benefit), Beginner
